Andrea (Thomas) Hand
Founder & President, Good Seeds Entertainment
Andrea (Thomas) Hand is the founder and president of Good Seeds Entertainment, a recording artist, songwriter, and worship leader with a deep passion for using creativity to bring healing and hope. She is best known for her work as a background vocalist for country music icon Carrie Underwood and as a contestant on NBC’s The Voice, where she was mentored by Blake Shelton.
With an extensive background in the music, film, and television industries, Andrea has spent her career weaving together artistry and purpose. Growing up in a family of gospel singers and entrepreneurs, she developed an early love for both music and meaningful storytelling—an influence that shaped her journey to Nashville, Tennessee, where she graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Music Business.
Andrea is the creator, producer, and host of A Sound of Hope—a groundbreaking docuseries that amplifies conversations around mental health, faith, and restoration. Through this project and the broader mission of Good Seeds Entertainment, she seeks to inspire others to find healing, connection, and renewed purpose.
When she’s not creating or leading, Andrea splits her time between Nashville, TN and Orlando, FL, where she enjoys life with her husband Joshua and their two beloved fur children.
