Joshua Hand

Vice President, Good Seeds Entertainment

Joshua Hand is the Vice President of Good Seeds Entertainment and a visionary leader passionate about bridging faith, creativity, and business to bring lasting impact to the world of media.

A native of Orlando, Florida, Joshua earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he also played collegiate basketball. After a career-ending injury redirected his path, he discovered a new passion for music, teaching himself guitar and moving to Los Angeles to pursue his artistic calling. His journey led him to compete on NBC’s The Voice, an experience that opened doors to songwriting and producing opportunities in Nashville, Tennessee.

While in Nashville, Joshua accepted a sales opportunity in the insurance industry—a decision that proved transformational. Today, he serves as a top-ranked Sales Director at VONA Case Management, Inc., a leading organization in the workers’ compensation field. He is widely recognized for driving record-breaking sales, expanding market territories, and developing key client relationships across the industry. In addition, Joshua is the President of the Sarasota Bradenton Claims Association (SBCA)—Florida’s longest-standing insurance claims association, established in 1956—where he continues to lead with excellence and integrity.

Joshua is deeply committed to bringing Good Seeds Entertainment into the business marketplace, cultivating partnerships with like-minded individuals who share his passion for bringing light, purpose, and transformation into modern media.

He resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Andrea (Thomas) Hand, and enjoys spending quality time with his father and their close-knit family.
